Furthermore contained in this latest photograph release appears to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, situated in the American territory.
The financier acquired a smaller island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had drawn up ambitious plans to transform the sprawling island by erecting living quarters, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
You can see the drawing is a channel, a waterway in the region, marked on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is marked up in handwritten red notes and contains a key identifying different parts of the land.
Alongside this are what look to be an additional nine site drawings and engineering blueprints, such as layouts for boat shelters.
